Mould flow analysis  

We do the mould flow simulates the filling, packing and cooling phase of the injection moulding process to predict the floe behavior of thermoplastic melts to ensure parts of acceptable quality.
Analysis is usually conducted during the product design stage or the early stages of the tool design.

Analysis allows to:
 Predict and visualize the flowfront progression to see how the mould fills
 Determine the injection pressure and clamp force requirement
 Optimize part wall thickness to achieve uniform filling,minimize cycle time and reduce part cost.
 Predict weld line location and either move, minimize or eliminate them
 Identify potential air trap and determine locations for proper mould venting
 Optimise process conditions, such as injection time, injection velocity profile, melt temperature, packing pressure, packing     time,cooling time and cycle time
 It determines areas of high volumetric shrinkage that could cause part warpage problems and also it determines the gate     freeze time
