1. Senior Tool Designer
Qualification BE + Post graduate in Tool Engineering (PGTE) from NTTF / GTTC / TRTC
Experience : 6 - 8 Years in designing medium / large injection moulds.
Addl. Requirements : Should have designed Moulds using 3D software’s like
Pro- E / Cimatron / UG. With exposure to Electrode
Extraction. Exposure to project management & knowledge of Microsoft project or similar software’s desirable.
Age Limit : 30 to 32 years (5 posts)
2. Tool Designers
Qualification : DME or Diploma in Tool Design (DTTD + PDTD) from NTTF / GTTC
Experience : Minimum 3 years in designing of injection moulds
Addl. Requirements : Exposure to 3D software like Pro E / UG / Cimatron
Desirable
Age Limit : 24 to 28 Years ( 5 posts)
3. Tool Assembly Supervisors
Qualification : Diploma in Tool and Die making from NTTF / GTTC
Experience : 8 - 10 Years in assembly prove-out and trouble shooting Of injection moulds
Addl. Requirements : 2 - 3 Years in similar capacity desirable. Through
Knowledge of various processes involved in tool making. Setting of moulding machines for trials & prove-out desirable.
Age Limit : 26 to 30 Years (10 posts)
4. Tool Makers
Qualification : Diploma in Tool and Die making from NTTF / GTTC
Experience : 3 - 5 years in assembly and prove-out of moulds
Addl. Requirements : Knowledge of various processes in tool making.
Designing of electrodes
Knowledge in setting of moulding machines will be an added advantage
Age Limit : 24 to 28 Years ( 10 posts)
5. Mould Polishers
Qualification : ITI or equivalent
Experience : 6 - 7 Years in polishing of moulds for high finish
Requirements
Addl. Requirements : Exposure to various pneumatic equipment’s to achieve
Finish in shorter time frame
Age Limit : 30 - 32 Years ( 5 posts )
6. CAM Programmers
Qualification : BE (Mechanical)
Experience : Min 3 Years in making programmes for injection mould
Elements and electrodes.
Addle Requirements : Exposure to latest software’s like UG / Cimatron / Master
CAM
Exposure to various tool making processes and cutter selection parameters
Age Limit : 25 to 30 Years (5 posts)
7. Shift Engineer - CNC Shop
Qualification : BE Mechanical
Experience : Minimum 3 years in a medium scale CNC machine shop Equipped with CNC machine control / WEDM machine.
Addl. Requirements : Hands on experience of operation of CNC milling / WEDM / EDM machines essential
Exposure to programming software’s like Mastercam desirable
Knowledge of selection parameters of cutting tools essential. Age: 25 to 28 yrs (3 posts)
8. Cost Accountant
Qualification : B Com/ M Com ICWA Inter.
Experience : Minimum 3 to 4 years in costing field in a manufacturing
Set up.
Addl. Requirements: : Exposure to Tally / Oracle financial etc.
Age Limit : 24 to 28 yrs ( one post)
